Greetings! This is an original photograph, taken in a red rock canyon between Hanksville and Bluff, Utah (near Fry Canyon). As the Crow (or Raven) flies, it’s south of the Maze District of Canyonlands and north of Arizona. So much to explore in this vast area, which skirts the Colorado River (and Lake Powell). It’s hard not to stop the car every ten feet, jump out, and either sit on a rock and revel in the sunshine (when it's not the heat of summer or the cold of winter) or just take a photograph (or a nap; or both). Love the majesty of the desert!
