Greetings! This is an original photograph, taken deep in the Redwood Forest in northern California. Eyes to the sky! (Although it's a good idea to look at your feet once in a while, so you don't step on a banana slug!) These are mystical, magical – and quite ancient – gentle giants. They’ve seen us come and go; they’ve seen us at our worst (cutting down 1,000+year old monarchs) and at our best (standing at their feet, wide eyed with joy and wonder). I can only hope our best, and our true hearts, is what they remember about all of us.
